1. Shipping Origin
All orders are prepared and shipped from France.
Since our jewelry is made to order, a production delay may apply before shipping.
2. Order Confirmation
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation.
Production of your item will begin at that point.
3. Processing Time
Processing time depends on the product and its complexity.
It typically takes between 2 to 5 weeks.
4. Delivery Time (after shipping)

International (outside EU): varies depending on destination and customs clearance
5. Maximum Delivery Time
D1928 commits to delivering your order within 30 days maximum from the production confirmation date, unless in case of force majeure.
6. Carriers Used
Depending on destination, your order may be shipped via:

7. Delivery Address
The delivery address used is the one provided at checkout.
Please check your details carefully before validating your order.
If the address is incomplete or incorrect:

the package will be returned to D1928,

reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
8. Customs Duties & Taxes

Within the EU: prices include VAT; no customs duties apply.

Outside the EU: customs fees and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the total displayed at checkout.
9. Receiving Your Parcel
Upon delivery, please check the condition of your package.
If the parcel is damaged:

refuse it,

note your concerns with the carrier,

notify us within 3 calendar days by email at contact@d1928.com
(with supporting documentation).
If no claim is made within that period, the delivery will be considered compliant.
10. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel in real time.
