Return & Refund Policy – D1928

1. Withdrawal Period

In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

2. Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted:

• the product must not have been worn, used, or altered,

• it must be returned in new condition, complete with original packaging, tags, and accessories,

• it must be suitable for resale in its original state.

Any product returned damaged, incomplete, or beyond the legal time limit will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Return Procedure

Include your order number in the message.

D1928 will send you a prepaid return label.
Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

4. Refund

Refunds are processed:

• within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or valid proof of shipment),

• using the same payment method used for the original order.

5. Non-returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• customized or personalized items (engraving, sizing, unique stones or settings),

• special orders (non-standard sizing, custom creations, etc.)
