The products available on www.d1928.com are sold and shipped by D1928, while stocks last.
Each item is described as accurately as possible. However, D1928 cannot be held liable for any omissions or errors. Product images are non-contractual.

4. Orders

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Clients are invited to carefully review their order before confirming. Once payment is validated, the order becomes final.

5. Prices

Prices are listed in euros, including all taxes (VAT).
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed separately before checkout.
D1928 reserves the right to change its prices at any time without notice.
For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of order and may be made by credit card (CB, Visa, Mastercard) or Apple Pay.
The contract becomes binding upon successful payment.
D1928 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order in case of payment disputes or suspected fraud.

7. Retention of Title

Products remain the property of D1928 until full payment is received.
The transfer of risk occurs once the product is physically delivered to the Client.

8. Legal Guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects.
In case of a defect, the Client may request repair, replacement, or a refund, as provided by law.
