Delivery
Each piece of jewelry is carefully crafted after order confirmation. The manufacturing time is generally 2 to 5 weeks depending on the model; shipping then takes place once the piece is finalized.
Returns
You have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days after receipt of your order, provided that the jewelry is returned unworn, in its original condition and packaging.
Maintenance
To preserve the brilliance of your jewelry, avoid prolonged contact with water, perfumes, cosmetics, and household products. Store it in its case when you are not wearing it.
Manufacturing
Our jewelry is made to order. Please allow 2 to 5 weeks for manufacturing, depending on the model.
Materials & Expertise
Each D1928 jewel is crafted from 18k gold, adorned with cultured pearls, diamonds, or natural stones depending on the model. The pearls and stones are selected for their luster, shades, and uniqueness. Slight variations in color, shape, or appearance may exist from one piece to another.
